Tumour Mutation Burden (TMB) testing project

Posted 24/04/2019

IQNPath, with the endorsement of ESMO, is conducting a project on tumour mutation burden (TMB) testing. The primary aim of this project is to organize a pilot External Quality Assessment (EQA) scheme for TMB assessment.  We are currently working to identify appropriate reference materials which will then be validated by a cohort of laboratories.

We are recruiting 30 laboratories to participate in the pilot EQA scheme.  If you are interested in participating, please complete the IQN Survey by the 10th May.  This will be used to identify laboratories that meet the requirements of the pilot.
