BRCA testing in ovarian cancer - germline pilot - Three DNA samples distributed with accompanying clinical case scenarios.
Scheme comments
One distribution per year in September. Eight weeks are given for testing and reporting. A EQA summary report and an individual laboratory score report is published in December. This EQA assesses the testing of BRCA1 and BRCA2 and the interpretation of results with respect to ovarian cancer.
